I said all along that the leftists are taking advantage of the tragedy, creating fear porn, increasing numbers & finding a way to blame Trump for deaths.

There was a brief set of words/struggle in the beginning, as to who was in charge and who can make demands of states. Democrat leaders lost it, Trump was a dictator, and absolutely the governors and mayors of locales had that right within their states. And that's true, and the government didn't take charge over the states, the governors did, and Trump offered any help they could for governors and to have the government coordinate any help for them.

By far a majority of states have some form of mask mandate in effect. In fact, 48 of 50 states have something in effect, and only Iowa and South Dakota.

And yet, as you know, if and when anything goes negative in any individual state - the left finds a way to blame Trump, as does the media.

And here's one doctor claiming that covid-19 keeps spreading - because there is no federal mandate on masks. And we know that means Trump is to blame. And they do this with any subject and any negativity.

First the article about this doctor, and then a couple of older articles but many more can be posted.

Coronavirus keeps spreading across the U.S. ‘because there’s no mask mandate,’ doctor says

It’s been over six months since the coronavirus pandemic hit the U.S., and transmission continues across the country as communities open up and schools start class.

Making things worse, according to one doctor, is because of the lack of a federal policy on masks.

“It is going through the country because there's no mask mandate,” Dr. Andre Campbell, a trauma surgeon at the Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital, said on Yahoo Finance’s The Ticker (video above).

“And there should be, in my opinion, a universal mask mandate, because data shows that we can save 70,000 lives if we mask everybody up right now. Because we're going to be, by the election and the end of the year, we're going to be north of 300,000 deaths, because about 1,000 people are dying a day from this terrible pandemic.”

There are more 6 million confirmed coronavirus cases in the U.S. and over 184,000 deaths. Those numbers are expected to keep growing, at least until there is a COVID-19 vaccine widely available.

...

The lack of a federal mask mandate is one of the criticisms that the Trump administration has received regarding their response to the pandemic as the president largely left it up to the states to decide how to approach the virus. (President Trump has also opted out of wearing a face mask in most public settings.)

COVID-19: More Than 30 States Have Mask Mandates. Is Your State One?

Mask mandates are popping up all over the state as health experts urge universal mask-wearing to prevent the spread of coronavirus and stop the surging numbers of coronavirus-related deaths in the U.S.

Dr. Anthony Fauci, the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases director, recently told Matthew McConaughey during an Instagram interview, “My recommendation, as you probably know because I’ve said it publicly so many times, is that absolutely we should have universal wearing of masks,” The Hill reported.

In July, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention wrote, “Americans are increasingly adopting the use of cloth face masks to slow the spread of COVID-19, and the latest science may convince even more to do so.” In that press release, the CDC called on Americans to wear masks to reduce COVID-19 spread.

Which US states require masks and which 2 don't at all?

While the majority of Americans say they are wearing masks when they go out in public, some states have taken more stringent measures to ensure that's the case during the coronavirus pandemic.

Of the 50 states, 48 either require masks to be worn statewide or have some sort of requirement in certain locales, according to Masks4All, a volunteer organization that advocates for more mask-wearing.

He didn't back off the statement but he ahs let the States handle their own crap.

SO let me get this straight: We need a national mask mandate for the safety of all, but Federal law enforcement can't step in where Dem Governors have failed their states and chaos and anarchy rule?

Typical hypocrisy of the left.

I just got a private tweet from Trump, he said he glanced at DP for a little bit, and then he asked that I tell you to eat a dick.
