She's charged with child pornography for photographing herself? LOL Now ive heard it all. She'll probably have to register as a sex offender too, lol.

On a side note, yes kids are so innocent arent they.

No that would be in public where people that don't want to see it are forced to see it. On the internet, anyone that doesnt want to view that stuff doesnt have to.

But thats another issue. The fact that she is being charged is ridiculous. Her parents should have been notified and then they should have handled it from there.

Tough--using Mr. Ps' logic it's not hurting anyone--consenting adults ! If they don't like seeing it they can look away.

It's godless liberal left's "Zero Tolerance" laws at work. If Christians WERE at work around that girl, she would likely not be slutty.

She hurt HERSELF and people she sent the pics to. Of course..PORN is HEALTHY and GOOD and HARMLESS right? Ask Mr. Bundy..

Same question, dmp. Who did she hurt? Who? And how do you know?

Its a crime to take pics of yourself? Or a crime to send them to friends?

She hurt herself - causing emotional scars. She hurt others who willinging Looked at the images of her.

Should be charged with being an idiot? No. Should she get treatment? yes.

You don't know that. You, like the jail worker, are doing nothing more that projecting YOUR beliefs on others. :)

:dunno: I thought that the members of the "protected class" could not be charged with the crime that was made a "crime" to protect the class.
