Gonna be a busy time for the supreme court justices coming up!

And independent auditing should have been done long ago to ensure their safety.

Anything coming out from under a desk after counting was stopped, and caught continuing with whatever was under the desk... of course it leads many to believe things were compromised. And those polled below were asked prior to the release of the video of the suitcase.

Arizona Court Rejects GOP Challenge to Election Results: ‘See You at the Supreme Court’

An Arizona state court on Friday rejected a challenge lodged by Dr. Kelli Ward, the state’s Republican Party chairwoman, prompting celebration from Secretary of State Katie Hobbs (D). However, the Arizona Republican Party indicates that leadership intends to push the challenge to the Supreme Court.

“The court finds no fraud, no misconduct, and no effect on the outcome of the election,” Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Randall Warner ruled. “Plaintiff has not proven that the Biden/Harris ticket did not receive the highest number of votes.”

Ward’s lawsuit claimed that observers were not able to monitor in a meaningful way, and it also “targeted Arizona ballots that election workers duplicated so they could be read by a tabulation machine, which they allege resulted in votes flipping from President Donald Trump to President-elect Joe Biden, and the state’s method for verifying signatures on mail-in ballots,” as Forbes detailed:

The lawsuit also raised concerns about access for election observers, but the judge threw out that portion of the case Thursday, saying the complaint should have been brought earlier and not “when the only remedy would be to upend the entire election.”

The GOP plaintiffs asked the court at a hearing Friday to order the state to inspect duplicated and adjudicated ballots, claiming without evidence that there could be enough uncounted votes for Trump to change the election results.

AZ Lawmakers Call for Independent Audit of Dominion Software, Equipment Used in Maricopa County

Members of the Arizona state legislature formally called for an audit of Maricopa County’s election equipment and software on Friday.

Senate President Karen Fann, as well as Speaker of the House Rusty Bowers, formally made the call on Friday for “an independent audit of the Dominion software and equipment used by Maricopa County in the 2020 General Election.”

“The two leaders, along with incoming Senate Government Chair Michelle Ugenti-Rita and House Majority Leader Warren Petersen, had numerous phone calls with members of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors,” the press release stated.

“As a longtime advocate for improving and modernizing our election system, I am pleased to learn that the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors is supportive of conducting an independent audit of their voting software and equipment,” Sen. Ugenti-Rita said in a statement, adding that it is “important we maintain all of the voting public’s confidence in our elections and this is a positive first step in the right direction.”

Poll: Majority of GA Voters Believe Election Was Compromised Enough to Alter Results

A majority of Georgia voters believe the 2020 presidential election was compromised enough to alter the results of the election, a Trafalgar Group survey released Friday showed.

The survey, taken December 1-3 among 1,083 respondents, examined the forthcoming Senate runoff races between Sen. David Perdue (R-GA) and Jon Ossoff (D) as well as Sen. Kelly Loeffler (R-GA) and Rev. Raphael Warnock (D).

The survey showed Ossoff and Perdue are statistically tied, with 48 percent and 47.3 percent, respectively. The race between Loeffler and Warnock is not as narrow, with the incumbent leading Warnock 50.2 percent to 45.3 percent. Nearly five percent remain undecided in each race.

Robert Cahaly, Trafalgar Group’s chief pollster, added that the survey “shed some light on Georgia voters opinions of whether the #Presidential elections were compromised enough to change the outcome.”

A majority of voters, 53.2 percent, said “yes,” while 37.9 percent said “no” and 8.9 percent indicated that they remained unsure. The majority is even greater among GOP voters exclusively, 74.6 percent of whom expressed the belief that the elections were compromised enough to change the outcome:
