I didn't think any of the suits would pan out. But Pennsy I thought for sure, at least would be acknowledged of violating the constitution. I have to read the entire text. I know they went the incorrect route, but the SC saw something that I didn't obviously.

If they DID meet constitutional muster both via the state and federal, then I'm ok with that.

Nothing is going to change this election. But there was still a ton load of fraud. So at least all of that was found and recognized and hopefully they will find ways to fix that going forward. Some of it anyway. Find out the best how dead people and the other fraudulent votes get through and try to sure that up and fix somehow too. The digital aspect - everything and anything should and must be certified and protected. Some not being certified is insane. So ensure they are safe at a minimum, and also no effing way that Dominion is used again, or any devices that can connect to the internet, local or nationwide. Any devices that allow for manipulation or the ability to run algorithms and such. Whether fraud was found in such a manner doesn't matter. Removing that ability just for security purposes alone is what matters. That's a monster security gap, as spoken of in detail before. Mail in ballots gotta go backwards to where they were with absentee and what not. And any changes made to give extensions and such for this year also must be reversed/fixed. And anything else I missed that we spoke of. Sure up the integrity all the way around - which is something that should be done anyway.

Interesting, Gabby. When I cited the Constitution you ignored it and called it unproven conspiracy theories. Now that your side wins, you are posting legal opinions directly from SCOTUS.

Your side wasn’t right. Pennsylvania did violate the Constitution. SCOTUS just said that Texas could not sue over what happened in other states. The problem is that no Democrat appointed judge was going to give our side a day in court in Pennsylvania or elsewhere.

Your side uses the Constitution like a $20 whore. You cite it when it suits you, ignore it when it does not. Unlike BLM however, our side isn’t going to burn the system down until we get what we want. But we will not forget this, there are 80 million of us that have been disenfranchised and we will work through the system to defeat you.

Here’s another problem. Voting machines can be hacked. This video is from Symantec (they own Norton and Life lock) and was made in 2018.

The Dominion voting machines used in this election are notoriously unreliable. Despite the fact that they are a Canadian company, the Canadian government won’t allow them in their elections.

Also, mail in balloting. That is highly susceptible to fraud. There is no way to authenticate that the person is who they claim to be. Plus, in some states, the requirement for signature verification was relaxed, sometimes eliminated in certain counties. Many countries do not allow mail in balloting for these reasons.

Plain and simple SCOTUS dodged it.
Why I have no clue but in so doing they left the entire election process as being in a state of corruption therefore intelligent voters( Republicans)

I would like nothing better than to be able to spit on the ffing judges that went along with this dereliction of duty.
