Trump won't and shouldn't resign. Let the man retire in dignity and peace. He has already been judged in the court of public opinion. Anyone who cares about peaceful transitions of power should let a defeated President retire in peace unless he has committed atrocities. The solution if he has become mentally unstable is to take some of his powers away, such as the nuclear codes.
