The FBI had posted on Twitter asking for help and tips in identifying those that were inside the capitol and tons of photos were posted. This was yesterday.
The internet is still strong and WILL identify you. Another lesson in why you should be careful in what you post, even innocent stuff.
Apparently the internet identified most of them by today!!
** For starters and easily recognizable - apparently Derrick Evans from West Virginia, newly elected into the House of Representatives. I thought I read that several others attended but left when violence broke out. Can't find it now. But if so, that's 7 of them.
Here is the write-up from CNN for the following video:
"As images and social media posts of Wednesday's insurrection at the US Capitol circulate online, some of those who were present are being identified, and some have lost or left their jobs because of it. Navistar, a direct marketing company in Maryland, announced that an employee had been terminated after he was photographed wearing his company ID badge inside the breached Capitol building. "While we support all employees' right to peaceful, lawful exercise of free speech, any employee demonstrating dangerous conduct that endangers the health and safety of others will no longer have an employment opportunity with Navistar Direct Marketing," the company said in a statement provided to CNN." - CNN

I knew this dumbass would be one of the first. These people were so stupid and deserve jail. Gladly taking pictures AND then putting them online making it easier. Basking in criminal actions.

DOJ Arrests Man Who Entered Pelosi’s Office and Sat at Desk

The Department of Justice (DOJ) has arrested the demonstrator who entered the U.S. Capitol and put his feet up on House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s (D-CA) desk, according to DOJ officials.
Richard Barnett, 60, has been arrested in Arkansas and charged with entering and remaining on restricting grounds, violent entry, and theft of public property.

Barnett faced immediate scrutiny from both sides of the aisle after a photo of him sitting behind Pelosi’s desk with his feet thrown across her desk went viral as demonstrators entered the Capitol.
Rioters breached the Capitol Police barricade around the building and forced their way inside, using riot shields and other implements to break windows before climbing in.

This one will be a little harder to identify, I think.
FBI Releases Photo of Suspect Accused of Placing Explosives in D.C.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) released a photo Wednesday of a person suspected of leaving two bombs at the Democrat National Committee (DNC) and Republican National Committee (RNC) buildings in Washington, D.C., this week.
“Along with providing the suspect’s photo, the federal agency announced Thursday night it is offering a reward of up to $50,000 for information leading to a conviction in the case,” the New York Post reported.
The FBI Washington Field shared the picture of the individual wearing a hoodie, mask, dark colored gloves, and carrying an object:

In a press release, the FBI described the explosives as “Suspected Pipe Bombs” and detailed Wednesday’s events:
At approximately 1:00 p.m. EST on January 6, 2021, multiple law enforcement agencies received reports of a suspected pipe bomb with wires at the headquarters of the Republican National Committee (RNC) located at 310 First Street Southeast in Washington, D.C. At approximately 1:15 p.m. EST, a second suspected pipe bomb with similar descriptors was reported at the headquarters of the Democratic National Committee (DNC) at 430 South Capitol Street Southeast #3 in Washington, D.C.

Well, that didn't take long at all. Tsk Tsk, dumbass. He deserves whatever they hand out to him. And I hope he is expelled or resigns.

The FBI arrested a West Virginia lawmaker on Friday for entering the Capitol building on Wednesday.
West Virginia Delegate Derrick Evans was taken into federal custody on Friday and charged with entering a restricted area of the US Capitol after he livestreamed himself running into the building.
According to WSLS, Evans’s lawyer says the lawmaker has not yet resigned, however Democrats and Republicans are calling for him to be expelled.
Derrick Evans was seen getting cuffed and being escorted by FBI agents from a home in West Virginia.

The FBI wasted no time hunting down Trump supporters and others who entered the Capitol building this week.
The FBI compiled a MAGA most wanted list and unleashed the might of the nation’s premiere law enforcement agencies to arrest and charge them.

If there were any antifa folks. (Other than the video guy), this was where I figured they'd be found.

Not nearly. Almost every governor and mayor turned down assistance to quell the riots and taking over of streets. Indeed government buildings were broken into or lit on fire or heavily damaged. Police departments attacked and at least one lit on fire. Many were killed as a result. Folks simply working or defending their little businesses were robbed, depleted of inventory, assaulted and then some & even a few killed. I'd go on and on, but we all agree, it should have been contained and put to a halt. But it wasn't. And politicians worked against the police while supporting these folks protesting or rioting. Some were arrested in various states but then most charges were dropped - short of federal crimes.
It changes nothing about events at the capitol and certainly doesn't excuse any criminal actions. But it exposes the hypocrisy of many on the left, and maybe even a weeeee racism.

Why they call the Capitol rioters terrorists and the BLM and Antifa rioters protesters is beyond belief. They all are criminals in my book.

That's what the media and many on the left do - label people, vilify them. Then twist the media in whatever direction they feel that day.
All criminals in my book too.

That's right from the Communist playbook. Label and vilify those they disagree with and laud as heroes those they agree with FOR THE EXACT SAME ACTIONS and see no hypocrisy in it whatsoever. That's what makes Rush Limbaugh so effective; he knows every moving part of how leftists operate. There are lots of similarities between the mindset of a leftist and the mindset of a Scientologist. Just for fun, I recommend watching Scientology presentations then attending a gathering for the Committee for the Defense of the Revolution in Cuba. Then consider substituting L. Ron Hubbard and Fidel Castro and ask if you can tell the two presentations apart. In many cases, you cannot.

This is one situation where wearing a mask would have REALLY paid off. If the mask wearers were still identified, they could ask for a lighter sentence for being "socially responsible" during the pandemic.

Bare-Chested Man Seen Wearing Horns in Vice President Pence’s Chair Arrested on Federal Charges
The bare-chested man wearing horns who took over the Vice President’s chair in the US Senate was arrested on federal charges.
Jacob Anthony Chansley, AKA Jake Angeli of Arizona was charged with knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority, and with violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds.
According to the Department of Justice, Chansley called in to the Washington Field Office of the FBI and voluntarily spoke with law enforcement on Thursday.
Chansley confirmed to law enforcement he was the male seen wearing horns, face paint and headdress in Vice President Pence’s chair in the Senate.
The FBI has also arrested and charged the man who was seen with his feet on Speaker Pelosi’s desk and West Virginia Delegate Derrick Evans.

Quite right, Sassy.
Yes, the Capitol rioters should be identified and punished, but where was the FBI and the media last year when liberal city rioters were burning buildings, taking over sections of cities, and hurting or killing innocents? They didn't arrest many people, those that were arrested were bailed out by Hollywood, Kamala Harris, and others, and those that were identified often kept working at the jobs and were never punished. The FBI and media seem to have a mob mentality themselves now.

The FBI? The capitol was breached. I hope the FBI is not slowing down.

Mostly saying "where were they last year".
The mob mentality part is directed at the media. They seem to want everyone that was at Trump's rally to lose their job. Not sure if they are distinguishing between people who broke into the Capitol vs people who were just at the rally.

If the FBI wasn't doing their job last year then we know who their boss is/was. Media = scorpion. Don't be surprised when you get stung.

Apparently, if you were inside building with the mob, but not a Trump supporter (i.e., BLM or Antifa) you were not charged. FBI had Sullivan and let him go without being charged. He's the one who filmed Babbitt get shot. Why?
