Society has been removing "pain and hardship" from its collective life for quite some time now. Are we surprised that, our largely younger IMO co-citizens, need to remove the pain of history?

It's hard to move forward when the country has been moving backwards for like 30+ years now. Swirly swirly in a downward trend, only to be flushed completely one day. Luckily, it will refill itself.
