Not trying to sound like any kind of know it all here, but I can honestly share what I learned, and am only now remembering from the Bill Clinton years while I was in uniform.
All of this....EVERYTHING GOING ON TODAY...actually began during the Clinton presidency, and just before he was elected. I can't honestly say how I know without violating something somebody could accuse me of doing because of my military background. But it only takes looking in the right places...Even on Google, by asking the right questions to find it all out on your own.
