I think he's talking about the woman screaming in the background?

Although if it had happened to my house I"d be screaming also.

If she's a homeowner her insurance is going to have to pick it up, unless he has some money she can sue him for.

There's just no good explanation for it, really. And if there was anything voluntary about the screaming woman's association with Mr. Valencio, then yes, white trash.
