So imagine getting contacted online, and this is the person contacting you according to their profile:

Only thing is, in reality, this is her:

Then tells you the service she would like.

The part bolded has us revisit a story about a guy that represents as a woman but has NOT had any surgery yet. He/she went around looking for a Brazilian wax on her little toothpick and peanuts & then sued every single one of them in court for a human rights violation when they declined. She lost every case and also $6,000 in their fees.

This is the woman/man who was seeking permission to have 3 topless pool parties for ages 12 and up and no parents were allowed to attend.

A few other connected stories below this one.

Court Upholds Twitter Ban of Feminist Who Said Men and Women Are Different

A California appeals court ruled that Twitter had a right to ban feminist Meghan Murphy for saying a scientific fact about the differences between men and women.

The California legal system was more than happy to help corporations when it means shutting down critics of leftist dogma. The 1st District Court of Appeal issued a 42-page ruling dismissing Murphy’s 2019 lawsuit. She was punished for declaring that men and women are biologically different.

Murphy had reportedly been banned for referring to a transgender person as “a man,” and accused that same person of “extortion for filing complaints against estheticians who refused to perform a Brazilian wax” on the transgender person’s genital area, The Mercury News reported Feb. 16.

The court document explained that Murphy took issue the fact Twitter had “committed an unfair business practice by inserting the alleged unconscionable provisions allowing it to suspend or ban accounts ‘at any time for any or no reason.’” She also took issue with the platform claiming “Twitter falsely ‘held itself out to be a free speech platform’ and promised not to actively monitor or censor user content.”

This case revealed how Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act has not thus far been interpreted by the courts to protect free speech online from being censored by sites like Twitter. Section 230 is a 1996 rule that protects websites from legal liability for outside content that appears on their platforms.

Twitter argued that, rather than be obligated by Section 230 to protect free speech, instead it was “protected from liability under Section 230,” The Mercury News said. “The appeals court sided with Twitter, finding that higher courts have consistently upheld a social media site’s ability to ban users for certain speech.”

The court quoted the Supreme Court observation that Section 230 was created by Congress with the intent “to promote the free exchange of information and ideas over the Internet.”

It appears that the court ruled heavily in favor of “encourag[ing] voluntary monitoring [for what Big Tech considers] offensive or obscene material,” while neglecting to allow for “the free exchange of information” of social media users like Murphy.

Murphy filed her lawsuit against Twitter on February 11, 2019. Murphy had been permanently banned in November 2018 for saying that “women aren’t men tho.” In a YouTube video, she explained that “Twitter has begun silencing individuals and political views they don’t want heard.”

This was her original case in which she lost. And I believe was angry so lashed out in other ways afterwards.

Transgender activist Jessica Yaniv loses 'wax her balls' complaint against salon workers

Jessica Yaniv, a Canadian transgender activist, lost a court case she brought against estheticians who refused to wax her male genitalia.

"Human rights legislation does not require a service provider to wax a type of genitals they are not trained for and have not consented to wax," the BC Human Rights Tribunal determined according to the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms which represented five of the estheticians.

Yaniv was found to have "engaged in improper conduct" including filing "complaints for improper purposes." The Tribunal said that Yaniv's testimony was both "disingenuous" and "self-serving" along with "evasive and argumentative and contradicted herself."

Jay Cameron, the Justice Centre's Litigation Manager praised the decision, saying, "No woman should be compelled to touch male genitals against her will, irrespective of how the owner of the genitals identifies."

Trans Woman In Genital Waxing Case Applies For Permit To Host Semi-Nude Public Pool Party With Children

The transgender woman who filed gender-identity discrimination complaints against mostly poor, immigrant women for refusing to bikini wax biological male genitalia is seeking permission to hold three “topless” swims for people ages 12 and up, and parents would be barred from attending.

Jessica Yaniv is scheduled to appear before the Township of Langley Council in British Columbia, Canada, July 22 at 7:00 pm to ask for permission for an “All-Bodies Swims” at three community pools where individuals, including girls as young as 12, will be permitted to be topless. The swim is for kids who identify as “LGBTQ2S+”. In the appeal to bar parents from attending, Yaniv cited an interest in fostering a “safe and inclusive” environment.

LONG before the OP above about the banning...

I was banned for trans heresy

Free-speech activist Lindsay Shepherd was permanently banned from Twitter earlier this week, following a clash with trans-woman Jessica Yaniv. Responding to Yaniv’s misogynistic comments about her uterus and vagina, Shepherd ‘misgendered’ Yaniv, which led to Shepherd’s permanent suspension.

Yaniv is the central figure in a major controversy in Canada. He is currently suing 16 female beauticians for discrimination after they refused to provide him with waxing services – many were asked to wax his male genitalia. Feminists like Meghan Murphy – also banned from Twitter for misgendering Yaniv – have long argued that this case exposes the dangers of men ‘self-identifying’ as women and demanding access to women’s spaces.

I forgot to say - with all that said and all the articles - Twitter has the right to ban anyone they want, and they have been doing just that.

Insane POS can wax his own with whatever motor oil that he - I mean that it finds handy.
Truth is, these insane vermin are being accorded made up rights in order that darkness and evil overrides decency and our rights to not be
subjected to the insanity and perversions that the liberals/dems herald as -" advanced enlightenment". :cuckoo: :puke3:--- Tyr
