"No wonder Californians are trying to recall Governor Gavin Newsom. He’s hanging on to the pandemic to push his political agenda on Californians. Blue state governors have been a disaster during the pandemic, while red state governors have successfully opened and are up and running.Just listen to Newsom’s latest comment during his State of the State speech. He claims that California won’t go back to normal because “normal accepts inequity”…Huh?"

Ok Governor Newsom, be a real leader and take on inequity. Adjust your income to that of the mean income of public sector teachers and also require the Silicon Valley software engineers to do the same, along with Hollywood entertainers and executives. While you are at it require California hedge fund managers, financial advisors and media personalities do the same. That would be a big and bold progressive step to eliminating inequity.
