That's what this psychotic chick tells her landlord? Perhaps a neighbor. All I know is the psycho thinks she is entitled to the Wifi password, and she's asking this woman for it.
And when she doesn't comply she goes a tad overboard. If this happened to me, and she was threatening myself & also threatening to kill my pets over it, she might have "tripped" down the stairs and landed on her fist while waiting for the police to arrive.
