Keep your ridiculous accusations and opinions to yourself. When you're a member of congress you obviously have more reach than the usual person, and your words may have more consequences to them.

Seems we have endless racists on television and in print as well. Folks that only see race in everything that happens.

Rep. Cori Bush Says Officer Who Shot Daunte Wright Would’ve Known The Difference Between A Gun And Taser If He ‘Wasn’t A Black Boy’

Rep. Cori Bush of Missouri said that the officer who shot Daunte Wright would have known the difference between a taser and a gun if Wright “wasn’t a black boy.”

Bush tweeted Tuesday that Officer Kim Potter, who has 26 years of experience in the police force, would not have mistakenly used a gun rather than a taser if Wright were not black. She denied Brooklyn Center Police Chief Tim Gannon’s claims that Potter accidentally used the wrong weapon.

“The 26-year-veteran cop, former president of the police union, doesn’t know the difference between a taser and a gun, and you say more training would’ve fixed this?” she tweeted. “Nah. But I bet she would’ve known the difference if Daunte wasn’t a black boy or if he was her loved one.”

It's always helpful to create your own outrage. Can't be wrong that way.

Unfortunately, they're creating racism, IMO. Nothing but division.

And this woman was/is a BLM activist, the leader in St. Louis, the group that entered the gated neighborhood and had a run in with the McCloskey's. Busted liar trying to get another representative in trouble, only the incident was on video. She is more part of the problem than anything.

We have two choices of what to believe.

Alternative 1) That some white police officers want to shoot black people during stops and arrests. Incredibly, these white police officers apparently think there will not be horrible repercussions to their lives, despite the many cases in the news of white police officers being put on trial for murder and having mobs show up at their houses.

Alternative 2) That BLM troublemakers like this Bush person get enjoyment and aggrandizement out of race baiting statements like this. Not to mention the chance for multiple million dollar homes like the woman who started BLM.

Or, they know the stats for their area .. that young, black men have guns in those neighborhoods. Still doesn't mean the shooting shouldn't be investigated thoroughly.
