Consider the below photo and headline. One would think that getting into Mexico is as a difficult as entering Canada. At least in Nuevo Laredo, I know for a fact that the border closure is NOT being enforced for foot traffic for more than six months now. The ONLY obstacle I noticed is that Greyhound, a US company, won't sell you a bus ticket. It's easy-peasy to simply do business with a Mexico-headquartered bus company instead.

The WORST response that I got was a joke: "I hope you treat me as well as I'm treating you next time that I'm in your country illegally."
