These "mandates" have been nothing more than ways to bypass the law.

So when you hear a place like Arizona stating that they are mandating that kids wear masks in school... is there a LAW that applies here? Something that makes it so that the schools, the teachers & the parents, something they can look at that defines the whole thing and puts an end to questions?

There isn't. IMO they are making it up as they go via these mandates. And someone needs to file lawsuits as I've been saying for a while now. Otherwise, they will use these mandates as a tool to push push and push some more.

A lot of these mandates may or may not be harmful to people or the school kids. They instantly think positive health and push mandates to make kids and teachers wear masks and therefore less contagions. But who there tested this? Who tested whether or not this can bring any harm? And what about bringing any specific harm to these specific kids in any given location?

No matter where someone stands on vaccines, where they stands on getting them - I don't think it makes mandates OK.

What's with the still continued desire in talking smack about the US and supposed 'sheeple' folks? Seems to me that you want to insult folks for whatever reason.

Arizona governor signed into law no mask mandate but some school districts in Arizona are requiring masks right now because it doesn't go into effect until September.

It amazes me that people take off their masks in restaurants but kids can't take them off in class even with the social distancing seat arrangement. And knowing the kids are less likely to get the virus.

I believe the masks are just a way to see how much control people are willing to put up with.
