I just saw that Andrew Cuomo is having a news conference this afternoon about Hurricane Henri and its predicted landfall Sunday morning, somewhere on Long Island. This is the same Andrew Cuomo that 11 days ago stated that we would resign as Governor in 14 days - in other words, he's supposed to officially resign on Tuesday.

Here's the prediction: if a single street on Long Island floods, or a single tree or tree limb falls on a street, he will immediately announce that "New York is in the middle of an emergency! It's my duty to not resign! I'm postponing my resignation indefinitely!". And then he will never resign.

One other prediction: if no tree limbs fall on any streets, he will go out and cut one down.
