Whatever you may think of Biden , he is not directly responsible for anything that has been said or that has happened .Absurd to think otherwise unless you think he is the

greatest actor that has ever lived .

It all comes from his handlers and , until proved otherwise , that must come from Obummer with the usual suspects in close attendance --- that is ( my belief) the likes of

the Jarrets , Kerry , Rice as the assumed inner circle .

Therefore --- key point here --- everything has come from highly intelligent and sophisticated people .Very powerful people .
