Five people have been arrested after a Border Patrol agent (https://www.foxnews.com/category/us/immigration/border-security) was assaulted by a smuggler while trying to arrest migrants trying to get into the U.S. via the southern border in San Diego, California.

212,000 illegals nabbed in July alone. Unclear if that is solely at the San Ysidro POE.
if anyone was REALLY interested in stopping this invasion, they would go after the coyotes, and the people on THIS side of the border paying them.
