These people are on vacation from Texas, right? I don't recall the exact wording of the law, but in general, we aren't allowed to ask for proof of vaccination.

I know I already stated may as well not ask me. At the same time, I can't see getting into a fight over it. Especially a Texan in NYC. You're automatically wrong just for being there :laugh:

How can we continue to blame unvaccinated white conservatives for the increase in COVID cases, when so many blacks and Hispanics won’t get vaccinated? Wrong race! Wrong political party!

As for this particular story, is it any wonder restaurants and other service industries are having worker shortages?
Between COVID exposure, free- flowing Biden $$, and the abuse, why work?

I mentioned before about minorities being just as bad or worse about the vaccine. Talk about not trusting the government. I doubt seriously the facts support the MSM narrative.

Ever sat down and figured out all the ways the government/law has used to get around the 4th? Pretty much rendered it irrelevant.

In this case, the legal precedent has been set more than twice that "safety of the community" trumps individual Rights. Before anybody shoots, I'm not arguing it, just pointing it out :)

It’s been used much, much more to hamstring the police investigating crime. If anyone doesn’t know by now that the Constitution and it’s Amendments are political tools, they haven’t been paying any attention.

The CONSTITUTION and all of the 27 Amendments....OVERRULE everyone who claims otherwise.
