It's close. Doing a TinEye search shows the first time that image appeared on the web was June 20, 2016.

Looking back at FBI victim and race of offender stats for 2016 (https://ucr.fbi.gov/crime-in-the-u.s/2016/crime-in-the-u.s.-2016/tables/expanded-homicide-data-table-3.xls), 81.56% of White victims were killed by White offenders. In 2015 (https://ucr.fbi.gov/crime-in-the-u.s/2015/crime-in-the-u.s.-2015/tables/expanded_homicide_data_table_6_murder_race_and_sex _of_vicitm_by_race_and_sex_of_offender_2015.xls), it was 81.3%. In 2014 (https://ucr.fbi.gov/crime-in-the-u.s/2014/crime-in-the-u.s.-2014/tables/expanded-homicide-data/expanded_homicide_data_table_6_murder_race_and_sex _of_vicitm_by_race_and_sex_of_offender_2014.xls) it was 82.4%.

Do you have any clue what year the meme creator pulled his numbers from or is it just a "close enough" kind of "fact"?

Anyone who is even minimally acquainted with crime stats knows that murder is overwhelmingly intraracial.

For those same years, Blacks killed Blacks in even bigger percentages; 2016-89.5%, 2015-89.3%, 2014- 89.9% . . .

So please explain what you believe the significance of the meme is; what is the exact point you are trying to make?

That question is entirely rhetorical, you are incapable of making any point; don't embarrass yourself further trying to force the meme to make a point it can't make.

And whatever you do, don't make me go all per capita on your ass.

I don't think anyone is disputing the facts. blank on blank crime is bad. blank on non-blank crime is bad. non-blank crime on blank crime is bad. non-blank on non-blank crime is bad. That "self-hatred" blather from the meme is just that, blather.

Total Murders 19,141
Whites murdered = 27.5% of all murders -- FBI UCR says 78% by other Whites, 21% by Blacks
Blacks murdered = 53.2% of all murders -- FBI UCR says 88% by other Blacks, 8% by Whites

88% of 10,187 is more than 78% of 5,264 . . . 8,965 vs 4,106

Blacks murder Blacks 218% more than Whites murder Whites

The Black murder rate is 834% more than the White murder rate
