The U.S. Supreme Court denied (https://www.supremecourt.gov/orders/courtorders/082421zr_2d9g.pdf) a request from the Biden administration to overturn a lower court ruling that requires the Democrat administration to keep former President Donald Trump’s “Remain in Mexico” policy.

Remain in Mexico is moot because the border is wide open and wholesale unvetted, untested, unvaxed entry and relocation is going on, without anyone ever needing to claim asylum.

Remain in Mexico is only for people claiming asylum. Bidenbots are just escorting invaders in without any official claim of asylum so there is no legal requirement for any invader to "remain in Mexico".

Del Rio is yesterday's hotspot, next hotspot will be in Arizona; 60,000 to 80,000 are on the way.
