Great Speech to the class.
He may have been an 'award winning' law professor before he gave the speech, But i suspect he and his awards will be kicked to the curb in short order.
Can't have anyone questioning the Covid narratives.
Much less using general logic and facts to make a moral and legal case against it.


I suspect some people might be shocked that a law professor would dare to question the idea that-- if it's legal also it's right.
I mean some folk tend to believe that all laws are right and just and should be obeyed UNTIL they can be changed.
And if If people break the law then the police MUST enforce it and punish lawbreakers... by nearly any means, or they'll be full blown anarchy. And we can't have that.


He went to the level of beginning to compare it to German laws against "diseased Jews" no less. OW.
---well.. well.. but... Hitler was vegetarian too you KNOW!... not everything he did was wrong! And He was just trying to protect the purity/health of the German people. As he said yellow ID stars and camps were all completely legal. BTW He didn't get a chance to mention that the leading doctors and scientist of the day in Germany were all on board with the eugenics and other programs... for the good of the people... the children... and grandma.

He had a termination hearing last week. He admitted to not following university rules and policies but argues from a legal and moral standpoint he had to protect his students from arbitrary policies adopted per Healthcare organizations.

The verdict should come in this week.
