I personally am " a believer " because over 20 plus years I have seen basically the same reports from the US and to a lesser extent out of the European space programme .
But whatever I do or do not believe , it profits me nothing either financially or intellectually . That is , we need to communicate with something with consequences before
getting truly excited .
