I will not put much commentary up with this. I will let you make up your own mind. My only comment is that Mitt Romney probably won’t be of much value in telling these morons to back off.

https://thenationalpulse.com/2022/01/16/editorial-board-calls-for-national-guard-deployment/

“We might have headed off omicron with a herd immunity-level of vaccinations, but that would have required a vaccination mandate, which our leaders refused. Instead, we get, “No one could have seen this coming.” That is patently untrue. They were told what to do, and they refused.

Were Utah a truly civilized place, the governor’s next move would be to find a way to mandate the kind of mass vaccination campaign we should have launched a year ago, going as far as to deploy the National Guard to ensure that people without proof of vaccination would not be allowed, well, anywhere.

But it may be too late for that, politically and medically.”

Don't see it happening. Unlike the Federal, US Military, the National Guard consists of your neighbors. This was always a question batted around during periods of sheer boredom when I was on active duty. "Would you follow orders if ordered to used force against the American People?" The response was usually "F- THAT."

I am aware law precludes the Fed Government from using US Military force against US civilians (when it suits the left), but the underlying premise is the same, ratcheted up a couple notches when it's against the community one lives in as would be the case with the Guard.

I'm for jailing vax extremists, pro or con. I'm sick of listening to them cry.

It sure makes you think to see it in print. Especially in a broadly distributed paper. They are not even trying to hide the despotism any longer.

Mostly the left is doing it right out in the open, in your face, and the "response" is usually crickets chirping. I cannot comprehend that these people that support crap like this will tell you with a straight face they are completely logical, rational, and "moderate" and all for the Constitution

What's one supposed to do when being dumber'n a hitchpost at the ice house isn't against the law?

When I see crap like this, corruption doesn't seem so bad. Presenting "my vaccine card". It's widely accepted in much of Latin America.
