If you want to get an idea what the bad guys are thinking, this article covers most of it. From this and other reads, it appears they are definitely trying to make the most of the economic and job growth while downplaying the fact that inflation is outpacing it, and ignoring the fact proposed government spending will make it only worse.

Despite those stressors, House Democrats return to Washington this week with tunnel vision on the economy, intent on countering fears of rising inflation and snarled supply chains that have flared up at home in recent weeks, particularly in battleground districts.

I know I will sound like a broken record, but the media will play right along as well. CNN, MSNBC, et al will march along like good little liars covering up what the Democrats tell them to hide and making a big deal out of the smallest of items that they tell them to amplify.

We are living in bizarro America.
