This seems to be worded in such a way that any dissent could be considered an act of terrorism. I find this incredibly alarming. The Mis-dis-and mail-information section is particularly disturbing as a good bit of what we see being call misinformation one day is proven to be true the next.

The United States remains in a heightened threat environment fueled by several factors, including an online environment filled with false or misleading narratives and conspiracy theories, and other forms of mis- dis- and mal-information (https://www.cisa.gov/mdm) (MDM) introduced and/or amplified by foreign and domestic threat actors. These threat actors seek to exacerbate societal friction to sow discord and undermine public trust in government institutions to encourage unrest, which could potentially inspire acts of violence. Mass casualty attacks and other acts of targeted violence conducted by lone offenders and small groups acting in furtherance of ideological beliefs and/or personal grievances pose an ongoing threat to the nation.

This is very disturbing. This country is built on freedom to dissent.

VERY UNCONSTITUTIONAL...anti-FIRST AMENDMENT LAWLESSNESS.

Considering all the "domestic terrorism " largest threat; many statements on censoring mis/Mal etc., though never from left; DAS throughout country treating 'protesters very differently, one should find this disturbing.

Not everything is a conspiracy, some things are just worth another look or twenty.

I still think back to 2013 when the PRISM email scraping scandals were the talk of the day. The govt. and NSA swore up and down that they were not gathering digital communications, we now know what lying sleaze they were because with PRISM they were gathering everything they could get their grubby little hands on. ISPs worked with them to allow them to do their dirty work as well. Privacy is an illusion.
