Not that it will pass intact...

---------------
WASHINGTON (AP) - President Bush on Monday unveiled a $2.9 trillion spending plan that devotes billions more to fighting the war in Iraq but pinches pennies on programs promised to voters by Democrats now running Congress. Democrats widely attacked the plan and even a prominent Republican conceded it faced bleak prospects.

Bush's spending plan would make his first-term tax cuts permanent, at a cost of $1.6 trillion over 10 years. He is seeking $78 billion in savings in the government's big health care programs - Medicare and Medicaid - over the next five years, in part by increasing premiums for higher-income Medicare recipients.

Release of the budget in four massive volumes kicks off months of debate in which Democrats, now in control of both the House and Senate for the first time in Bush's presidency, made clear that they have significantly different views on spending and taxes.

Doubt it will be. Where's the part for Healthcare and Education alone. According to them, we left that out cause there's ONLY $2.9 trillion. Yet Hillary wants to seize Exxon's $40 billion profits for the government.

Hmmm, Exxon earns $40,000,000,000 by producing a product that people use everyday and the government demands $2,900,000,000,000 from the people for fucking us directly in the ass with no lube every year. Who deserves to have their excessive gains seized?

"
Many of you are well enough off that ... the tax cuts may have helped you. We're saying that for America to get back on track, we're probably going to cut that short and not give it to you. We're going to take things away from you on behalf of the COMMON GOOD." (Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton - June 28, 2004, in San Francisco at a Democrat Party fundraiser)

The fact that no demo has spoken against this is very, very telling. Trouble it is, worry I am.

Why worry? Hugo. That fool has managed to have a socialist revolution in an era when capitalism is the strongest form of government. Don't forget how the chinese commies came to power, on the backs of the "common" folk.
