Very unlikely.

I still haven't watched it, though skimmed the text. Heard clips from news. Looks like my take away is pretty close to mark:

Unimpressive is my takeaway. Unimpressive and not that I expected otherwise, but SOTU was his chance to seize the day. Fail. He just reinforced/doubled-down on continuing along his path to failure.

It was underwhelming in the extreme and that is with CBS News doing everything possible to try and drag him up to the "Joe didn't suck" line.
