there's more than one reason why the internet is called the world wide 'WEB'.

But the problems, current and potential, from info in the article.
1 - Scanning messages for "mental disorders".
2 - "Authorities" defining mental disorders as -Fill in the Blank-
3 - "Authorities"/Companies passing on/selling "mental assessments" to others (employers, etc).

Tangentially, this brings up another question again.
All this scanning of the web (Redit "nearly half a billion active users") for.... trucker support groups and mental disorders... but they somehow can't find pedophiles and child porm producers.
