I am confident that the rest of the world see Joe Biden as losing his cognitive skills, or that they see him as just being plain old dumb. Either way, I don't think they fully respect him.
But then this one, she's an abomination. Outright stupid, undeserving of the position. An embarrassment to our nation.

Joe Biden sent Kamala Harris to Eastern Europe to save the day amid the Ukraine-Russia conflict since she has been so effective at securing our borders here at home.
Kamala Harris on Friday held a joint press conference with Romanian President Klaus Iohannis at the Cotroceni Palace in Bucharest.
A reporter asked Harris about high inflation rates and unprecedented gas prices and she began speaking about the Black Sea.
“How long should Americans expect — how long should we be bracing for — this historic inflation and some unprecedented gas prices?” a reporter asked Kamala Harris.
After a long pause, Harris replied, “In terms of the discussions that the president – Iohannis and I had – they ranged in subject, including the issue of the Black Sea…we are fully aware and apprised because we are in constant communication with the president – with his administration here about the concerns that they have about the entire region and frankly the vulnerability – all you have to do is look at the map.”
