Hate to put this in writing, but for the first time I can recall, I agree with Mitt Romney :bang3: They had (have the funds). Progressives led the block, but Dems from states that would lose money joined in. All about where the money comes from.
The House wanted to repurpose unused covid funds. Progressives and the whatever other Dems don't want to give up the money. Romney stated the money was there and they had it. They lost it.
The Dems need to clean out the progressives. I suspect the reality will be the other way around.
