Definitely needs to regroup what's left of his forces in Ukraine. There was also Japanese sighting of Russian troop transports getting under way. Getting them into the Black Sea from the Med means Turkey will have to let him. I don't see that in Erdogan's best interest.
Mention was also made of his reserves in Georgia. I don't believe for a minute he's going to just give up, or accept terms acceptable to Ukraine.
