Reversing Roe vs Wade simply puts the burden of deciding whether abortion is legal or not back on the states. Abortion has been legal in New York since 1970, a full three years before Roe.

And the SCOTUS is right, there is no right to an abortion in the Constitution just as there is no right to marriage in the Constitution. But, per the 10th amendment, those rights not enumerated in the USC and not specifically prohibited by it are left to the States to decide.

My guess is that most states will allow abortion to some degree or another. What probably won't be legal are full term abortions, which is a good thing.
