Despicable. They need to dust off that guillotine. Our "tolerant" society has created a cult of fearless sociopaths. There are no consequences. Feeding and housing the guilty for the rest of their lives isn't going to bring the little girl back for a minute.
The perpetrators of this crime need to be sat in a chair and have their throats cut so they can choke to death on their own blood just like their victim.
