You are what you can afford around here. Basic education should be equal from top to bottom, IMO, and I don't mean by dumbing down the top. I purposefully lived in a district above my pay grad so my daughter could go to the best school in town. That's not right/not how it should be.
For all the BS our taxes are wasted on, the public education system in this country is a neglected embarrassment. Unless they're teaching inappropriate nonsense instead of basics :rolleyes:
