This appointment may well backfire on two fronts: one the Trump as front runner; two the appointment of special counsel for Trump may make it impossible to NOT appoint one for Biden, Hunter et al. The whole premise for special counsel was for appearance of non-partisan, (rolleyes). Without a doubt, inquiry on criminal charges regarding Biden is every bit as necessary.

IMO, this has been a no-brainer, minus finally appointing the actual Special Prosecutor. Not being in a hurry to conclude, or continue, anything based on election days has been the Dem MO since Russian Collusion. Guess that bit of fraud, waste, abuse, political treachery will never be investigated as we have moved on to Hunter's laptop :rolleyes:

Point being, and I have mentioned this before, another part of the Dem MO is to overload the political and judicial system with pure crap.

This BS is more fraud, waste and abuse. If anyone gets Trump, it'll be the NY AG.

Anyone appointed by Garland has no credibility with me. The DOJ currently is a disgrace to this Nation.
