Another lose-lose PR-wise for the right. The usual lefty suspects will come unhinged and claim they are being deprived of their Rights as they did when Roe was overturned.
On the other hand, there's a REAL chance the Court will let this weasel get away from misusing the law with semantics.
Anyway you look at it, somebody's going to be in a financial hurt locker. Like all those who thought debt freebie was a foregone conclusion and tied the money up elsewhere. Like buying gas and food:rolleyes:
