IMO he's right on target with this one. The CDC is just another part of the bloated bureaucracy. Another example where government is supposed to help the people and its too busy playing politics.
To answer Gutfeld's question: No, government does not ever get smaller nor more effective. Any time it tells you it is "downsizing", it's just a reshuffling of the numbers/shell game with government employees.
