IMO, the Supreme Court should have no ruling on this and kick it back to the States the same as it did Roe v Wade/Dobbs. Isn't that what it ruled when it threw out the aforementioned? Up to the States?
Regardless extremist rightwingers acting like leftwingnut extremists and knowing what's best for all, The Supreme Court has done quite enough for conservatives in regard to abortion.
