Biden may let it go over a cliff and blame congress just like his mentor did.But how does it do that? I have no doubt that some of these whack-job politicians on both right and left, not just Comrade Biden, would love to let it happen because all they exist for is to fuck us.

If it is impossible under the Constitution to default on the "public" (spelled: political) debt, does numbnuts and not signing what the Ringling Brothers come up with override the law? Is there a mechanism in place that steps in and overrides the politicians? The What remains of the Constitution still overrides temporary, elected seat-fillers.
