As things stand here and now, Russia has no future based on that comment. Russia does not possess the means to win the war in Ukraine. Unfortunately for Ukraine, NATO has the means the lost it for them in typical, Euro-American fashion :rolleyes:

I don't see him giving up.Yeah. He's put himself between a rock and a hard place. He's done so well in fact he's left himself no face-saving wiggle room.

What he does have is a lot of nukes that ensure the West won't be eager to take him out.

What Ukraine needs to start considering, despite public stance, is what it can and will actually give up. If Putin starts talking truce with current lines remaining where they are, the West is going to pressure Zelenskiy to compromise. It's how they work. It's also how Putin got chunk of Georgia.
