Of course she's going to agree with the unions like a good lefty. I agree with the majority of the Court. Right to strike, IMO, has nothing to do with why the union is being sued. Property damage is, and the damage was done purposefully. The union, IMO, rightfully should have to foot the bill for any property damaged as a result of its decision to strike. It's not like wet concrete has a shelf life and anyone associated with this knows that.
