The US Constitution IS the law. Whether or not you agree, Trump is charged for being in wrongful possession, mishandling/improper storage of classified material. Legitimate legal charges under the US Constitution.

Your own link states the President does not have immunity from prosecution for crimes. His immunity is limited to discharging his duties as President.

Not seeing him walking on the classified documents, in which case IMO, Pence, Biden and Hitlery need to be charged as well.

Since the government has lost its mind resulting in the people losing theirs, we'll just have to wait and see what a jury comes up with.

I wouldn't bet on any of this. Some charges seem to have some substance, others are for red meat only. Assuming he goes for jury in GA, I think the most serious threat to him, with jury, it only takes one Trumper. One. In GA. Pretty good odds, imo.
