To be fair, in this country, a shakeup like that would be a rare sign of political health. In Xi’s China, not so much.

Just a theory: the usual "take your time, undermine and win from within" types could be getting replaced with more impatient, aggressive types like Pooh.

Thing about bluffing as the US does as MO, someone, sooner or later is going to call your hand.
