Problematic is understatement. I agree that his free speech needs to be protected. He also hasn't any problem using his minions for intimidation and threats. Whack-a-mole likely doesn't come close. Not reasonable people.

Not reasonable people.Would hate to be this judge. I would put the law ahead of his personal pursuits, I think. He has to answer to the law. The rest he can do on his own time around it.

If what he chooses to do on his own time is interfering with his court case, gag him. Isn't that what happens to us mere mortals?
