Does anyone have any different insight into Gulliver's travels.....in particular - Part 3. With special attention to science/technology and society?
I think one of Swift's jabs in part 3 was directed at the growing dependency on science and technology to solve problems in his time. I also think it was a jab at enlightenment thought, with Swift being a conservative and all. :laugh2:
Anyway, just looking for other ideas if anyone cares to post some.
