Former U.S. Ambassador to Israel David Friedman called out the Biden administration on "FOX & Friends (https://www.foxnews.com/media)" for a lack of pressure on Iran as the regime becomes chair of Thursday's U.N. Human Rights Council Social Forum amid the Israel-Hamas war.

Iran/proxies have attacked US troops over25 times. US sent 2 missiles into empty warehouses and apologized.

Seems like the Ambassador from Israel wants us to fight with Iran.

I've 'heard' that women and "friends" do this kind of thing in bars from time to time.
"Are you going to let them treat you like that? Say things like that? treat ME like that?
What kind o man are you?"
Lots of people take the bait.

I'll say this, the Ambassador is doing his job, for HIS country.

In case you have forgotten conveniently, Iran has stated repeatedly during those 44 years its goal is to convert or kill the World.

Once again I will point out that had we taken care of this when it was a molehill, we wouldn't be looking at a mountain that's just getting bigger no matter how you pretend it's not there. All because some people's mindset is stuck on "they aren't in my front yard this minute". Question is, what when they are?

Then there's the obvious that nothing has deterred an extremist, totalitarian theocracy from pursuing its nuclear weapons policy. Anyone with common sense has an issue with fanatics who are willing to kill themselves to kill everyone else if they don't get their way.

Taken Care of this?
You like mean when the U.S. helped overthrow & kill Iran's democratically elected secular Prime minister Mohammed Mossadegh?
(for Oil)
You like mean when the U.S. propped up the Shah as a puppet and helped him terrorize his own people with his secret police for decades? Before the revolution?
(for Oil)
You mean like supporting Saddam to attack Iran by proxy and try to overthrow it and failing. while giving Saddam conventional and chemical weapons that we cried about years later?
(for Oil)
You mean like the economic sanctions we've had against them for ..how many years.. for not doing what we want, the way we want it.
(for Oil)

Gunny it seems to me we haven't had a very good run at Iran for a LONG time.
And sadly it seems that they might even have some legit grievances against the U.S., as well as crazy ambitions.

But seeing that they have not even taken over any neighboring countries, I'm not shaking in my boots about their ONE DAY MAYBE actions to "destroy America".
Or the Nuke weapons that they are going to have... "in 1 year"... ever year since Jimmy Carter left office.
How many times do the U.S. and Israeli gov'ts have to cry wolf on that front before we start to doubt even a little?!

And sorry, I'm not into "preemptive war". it's what Hitler used, i don't think it's the kind of thing the U.S. should do.

But yeah.. I also think it's mostly all about the Oil. Not the potential nukes. Or freedom.

(Here's another odd wrinkle as well

More ridiculousness. Just on the surface.

Iran currently has proxies in Lebanon, Yemen, Iraq, Afghanistan, Iraq, Indonesia not to mention Hamas. That's just off the cuff. It's also meddling in Africa. Why is it they aren't invading but if the US does the same you're ranting away about what a shitty thing we're doing?

Our inaction, your favorite course of action, has created the above.
