Not sure what this ruling is supposed to accomplish. A judge declares Trump incited insurrection but the Fourteenth doesn't apply? Adding to the chaos is the narcissist's appeal.

If a judge declares someone guilty without due process, is that NOT a violation of the Fourteenth?

Regardless my opinion on did or didn't, I'm more interested here in the ruling. A judge makes a ruling based on presumed guilt without benefit of trial; which, in fact DOES violate Trump's Fourteenth Amendment Rights, as I understand them.

Trump, in the meantime, backwards-assed as ever, wants to appeal the presumption of guilt but agrees with the judge the Fourteenth has nothing to do with it.
