I believe most of the Jan 6th followers/sheep have been overcharged and definitely over-sentenced as well.

Have to wonder though, what are the legal ramifications if the Supreme Court agrees with this guy? We already know the left will wail, gnash teeth, have violent protests and whatnot.

I understand what's right. Just wondering if that's what's "best for business".

What I don't see is how the Supreme Court ruling on this guy being overcharged and over-convicted has to do with Trump and his myriad lawsuits. Trump using it to delay his trial(s) just makes him look bad. I haven't seen any hard evidence to convict him of the Jan 6th charges.
