But free speech, freedom of the press is too dangerous... we're in an "emergency".
And People say things that upset people... and are not true. So the government HAS TO do something.
So judge Jackson is what we need. right?
ALSO if people can't protect their "rights", then it's not real anyway.

While I certainly don't expect her to be a hard-core 1A supporter I will give her the benefit of the doubt until she actually writes an opinion. If those are her actual thoughts then she needs better clerks.

I think she has a point and as you point out, needs better clerks. We demand the government protect us then cry like little bitches when it tries to.

On the other hand, we've already had a taste of government-driven social media. Current occupiers of government are neither honest nor responsible enough to be granted such power unless we are war. Heaven forbid we go to war with this current cast of clowns:rolleyes:

Her clerks write the questions she asks in court? Then why do we need judges if the clerks are running the show?

Clerks do research. If those are her actual thoughts clerks should help her not look ridiculous.
